Our pasteurization monitor is used for recording temperature curves as well for measuring of the pasteurization effect on the product. The device can be used as a recording instrumment for the measurement of other arbitrary temperatures (for example, during mashing, primaty fermentation, secondary fermentation, temperature instorage rooms etc.)
